义乌为何成为外籍人士第二故乡？

中国网浪潮资讯 “是义乌这片热土改变了我的命运，我已深深爱上义乌。所以，我把哥哥、外甥都带到这里，希望与义乌人一起，为城市建设尽自己的力。”住在浙江义乌鸡鸣山社区的巴基斯坦商人哈米表示。被誉为“联合国社区”的鸡鸣山社区3000余名居民中，来自50多个国家的1158个外国人。近年来，越来越多的外籍人士入驻义乌，将义乌视作第二故乡。

CNCAO NEWS   “The well-loved place Yiwu changed my fate, I have been in love with Yiwu deeply. So, I brought my brother and nephew here, I hope we can do our bit for urban construction with Yiwu people." Said by Hamid, a Pakistan businessman living in Zhejiang Yiwu Jimingshan Community. Among the more than 3,000 residents of Jimingshan Community which is known as a small “United Nations", it has 1,158 foreigners from more than 50 countries. In recent years, more and more foreigners have entered Yiwu, and regard Yiwu as the second hometown.

2年前，外国人阿酷加入义乌市涉外纠纷人民调解委员会，成为一名协管员。他每天准时到义乌市稠城派出所报到，帮助外商化解经济纠纷。该委员会于2013年成立，聘请外籍调解员参与涉外纠纷调解，系国内首创。

Two years ago, the foreigner, Aku, joined Yiwu People's Mediation Committee for foreign disputes and became a coordinator. He went to work on time every day at Yiwu Chou Cheng police station, to help foreign businesses resolve economic disputes. The committee was established in 2013, hired foreign mediators to participate in the mediation of foreign disputes, it is the initiate of China.

像阿酷这样的外籍人士并非少数，他们加入公益组织，当起交通劝导员、担任社区志愿者；他们活跃于社区文化节、文化周活动，和中国居民一起做水饺、包粽子。

The foreigners like Annick are not a few, they join the public welfare organizations, as traffic advisers, as community volunteers; they are active in the community culture festival, cultural week activities, and make dumplings, Zongzi with Chinese residents.

义乌是世界小商品之都，每年前来义乌采购的境外客商就有近50万人次，有100多个国家和地区的1.3万多名外商常驻义乌。

Yiwu is the city of Small Commodities, there are nearly half a million overseas clients in Yiwu every year, and more than 13,000 foreign businesses from more than 100 countries and regions are resident in Yiwu.

此外，义乌还推出了外籍商友卡，可用于支付公共服务消费，在基本养老、医疗、子女教育等社会保障方面，享受与义乌市民同等待遇，目前办理数超过1万张，基本覆盖常驻外商人群。

In addition, Yiwu also made foreign commerce cards, it’s used to pay for public service consumption, enjoy the same treatment of Yiwu citizens in the aspect of social security, such as basic pension, medical, children education and so on. At present, more than 10,000 are handled, basically covering the permanent residence of the foreign businessmen.

自2015年起，义乌还每年推出提升城市国际化“十项举措”，从外国人签证、子女就学、就医等实际问题入手，切实便利其在生活、创业，营造良好国际营商环境。

Since 2015, Yiwu also published "ten measures" to promote urban internationalization every year, start from some practical problems such as foreigner visa, children to school, medical and so on. These measures are taken in order to bring convenience for life and starting a business, and create a good environment for international business.

据介绍， 2016年义乌实现出口2201.6亿元，在中国国内所占的份额由2015年的1.49%升至1.59%，对此外籍人员“功不可没”。

It’s introduced that in 2016, Yiwu achieved an export of RMB 220.16 billion, and its share of the country rose from 1.49 % in 2015 to 1.59 %, to this achievement foreign staff made undeniable contributions.
